2. Pricing and payment
Pricing is fixed on the service page or in the commercial proposal. Payment by invoice in RUB. Prepayment is possible.
3. Timeline
Concrete timelines are captured in the project roadmap. Timeline changes are by mutual agreement.
4. Result guarantee
On pilot automations we fix a measurable goal (eval metric). If the baseline+ target is not met, we iterate at our cost until it is, or refund the pilot fee.
5. Confidentiality
Client and Contractor keep commercial terms and shared data confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Liability
Liability is limited by the value of the paid stage. Force majeure suspends liability for its duration.
7. Termination
Client may terminate the contract by paying for work actually delivered. Contractor may terminate on material breach by the client.
